Description

In nature, Bucephalandra usually grows on rocks or wood in rivers and streams - much like Anubias, which they resemble regarding use and care in the aquarium. Bucephalandra is an easy, slow-growing plant that can do well lower light levels. A nice, dense appearance is ensured by the willingness to branch, even without trimming. The creeping stem, rhizome, must not be covered when planting. This will cause the plant to rot and die.

NOTE: You will receive a randomly chosen buce node, similar to the ones shown in the pictures, with a minimum of 5 leaves or more depending on the species.

Adds awesome color and texture to the tank

Mine is a very dark one with red stems and it looks very cool. I was really hoping I’d get a red one and I got exactly what I wanted. I’ve already seen growth after just a few days in the tank. It’s real tiny now but it’ll be really full in just a few months I’m sure.
