I ordered multiple orders, a mystery plant package, floaters from the shops ETSY page, snails, cappta leaves, root tabs. The shop owner combined them and used extra shipping for heat pack I foolishly forgot to add. SO GRATEFUL. Arrived fast with prompt tracking. Plants were COLORFUL, vibrant, lush, and healthy. Snails have personalities, are fast, vibrant and healthy. Woke up quickly and adjusted fast. Their customer service is the absolute best I have ever had. I put in an order and kept finding more things I want, shop owner is never hesitant to add them and send an invoice which is so nice because I am constantly looking at the website and seeing something I want. I won't buy my aquatics plants or snails ANYWHERE else.
